Training in movement, body-mind and transpersonal therapy for harmonious development
What is it?
Our training involves a body-mind approach that integrates therapy and creativity to develop awareness, listening, attention, irradiation and silence with an explorative and learning attitude. In this process we boost and promote the awareness of mechanical and rigid aspects of our personality that are captured in our bodies and that determine a psychophysical mode of being, feeling, thinking and interacting.
The therapy is based on the notion that every person can rediscover and unveil their true potential and take responsibility for their life with joy. To this end, we work from the different bodies, souls, sources of energy and ways of expression of the human essence (spiritual, mental, affective, emotional and energy-corporal), receiving and boosting what is vital to connect with our being and life, in order to take on successfully the easy and difficult aspects of life.
Target audience:
This training is aimed at people involved in the fields of health, education, arts, communication and social issues; and to everyone who wants to contribute to the harmonious and integrative development of the BEING.
Our aim is to train professionals that:
Can act in the prevention and promotion of health through the integration of the physical, psychic and spiritual planes, in an in-depth process of self-knowledge and awareness.
Have the ability to perform, listen, transform and collaborate with professionals from other disciplines for the solution of common problems.
Can implement body-mind integration techniques and creative expression in therapeutic, business, educational, artistic and game-oriented environments.
Methodology
Our training is theoretical-experiential. We use a body-mind approach that integrates therapy and creativity in the development of awareness, listening, attention, irradiation and silence with an explorative and learning attitude. Our method is based on group work which develops creative and healing dynamics enriched by the presence of each person, together with individual personalized attention.
Each individual´s process is closely linked to the curriculum, conceived not only as the acquisition of tools but also as a space for transformation, growth and integration of the spiritual, psychic, energy and physical planes of the person. This is a process of awareness which boosts the mechanical and rigid aspects of our personality captured in our bodies that determine a psychophysical mode of being, feeling, thinking and interacting.

Movement classes:
Movement classes are present throughout the training course as a driving force for self-knowledge and awareness, revealing our relationship with our mental, spiritual and emotional planes, our body and that of others. They are aimed at any person who wants to enjoy his/her life further, including people who want to dance with more flexibility and less pain and those who want to flow with their emotions or thoughts.
Individual attention:
Individual tutorials accompany and sustain the vital changes experienced by our pupils due to the process of renovation and self-knowledge, and provide support for the elaboration and integration of these processes.
Group work on the self:
Strengthens self-awareness and self-discovery, learning to listen to ourselves and develop what we are. Working on the self promotes self-confidence and confidence in life.
Massage:
Working with massage allows us to become familiar with the different levels of being: mind, body, emotional and spiritual, using physical and energy circulation as a guide in our approach to massage and breathing work.

Meeting. Introduction. Basic concepts. What flows. Supports.
- Contemplation of the human being as a unity in its different levels: physical, energetic, emotional, affective, intellectual, mental and spiritual over the background of how I am.
- Movement: embodied energy. We are one. Unity and oneness.
- Deepening into the consciousness of supports and the sustenance of breathing and its message.
- The I-body in space: axis, supports, planes, alignments.
- The dance of grace and gravity: gravity and grace.
- Body-mind unity: the three embryonic layers: Ectoderm – Mesoderm – Endoderm: relationship, systems, organs and functions.

Structure and length:
The training involves three years of regular courses, plus practice work and supervisions which can be done during the third year or later.
OPTION 1
4 weekends: Saturday from 10h to 14h and from 16h to 21h. Sundays from 10h to 15h.
2 hours per week of Movement and Work on the self: for those who aren´t able to attend the week sessions there is the possibility of recuperating this lecture time during the meeting with Graciela Figueroa which will take place at the beginning of August.
2 residential intensives: the residential intensives take place in La Casa Toya in Aluenda, near Calatayud (www.lacasatoya.com).
